日本の食文化を肌で感じることができます♪

本格的な握りをシャリの大きさから握り方まで丁寧にお教えします。

握り8貫（マグロ、サーモン、海老、卵、蛸など）＋ミニ国産豚しゃぶ＋味噌汁

寿司職人体験の流れ♪

①ウエルカムムービーでお出迎え（約5分）
②お寿司作りレクチャー
寿司職人が握り方など1から教えます。（約5分）
③お寿司作り体験
楽しみながら本格寿司握りをします。（約10分）
④お食事会
自分で握った寿司を食べましょう。（約15分）
⑤卒業式、卒業証書授与
本格寿司握り体験の証とし、卒業証書をお渡しいたします（約10分）
